We’re excited to share this budget-friendly mini makeover inspired by a mood board we created for Kelly. Here’s Stephenie’s note about her transformation:
I wanted to share the family room makeover I completed on a tight budget thanks to the mood board you made for Kelly a few weeks ago. Following your suggestions, I painted the walls Snowbell by Glidden and bought the Blad curtains from Ikea. I found an end table at Goodwill for $5.99 and replaced the dated hardware with knobs from Target for $2.99. I also scored an Ikea Poäng chair with a footstool on Craigslist for $79 — it was in excellent condition. I rearranged the couch, added a couple of lamps, and hung a $16 mirror from TJ Maxx. The room now feels fresher and much brighter. Thanks to your tips, I updated the space for under $250!
