That layer you see is just primer. We’ll be back on Monday with a full reveal: the color we chose, why it was the right pick, step-by-step prep notes, in-progress photos, and the final after shots. Today wraps up our Florida road trip, so we’re squeezing in as much sun as we can before the fourteen-hour drive back to Richmond. Knowing we won’t be returning to a pink living room makes the trip home feel even more exciting.
It always feels a little wild to start and finish a last-minute project before leaving town — like the time we partially installed kitchen flooring right before a trip to Hawaii — but coming home to a space that’s been updated while we were away is such a treat. We’re looking forward to sharing the complete process and details with you soon.
