Hi, Sherry here. I don’t usually write the giveaway posts, but I pushed for this one because it’s a little different from our usual DIY and decor giveaways. This time we’re giving away handcrafted jewelry from two designers I genuinely admire. Together the prizes total $200 in beautiful jewelry — perfect for you or a loved one.
The first designer is Erin McDermott, based in Charlotte. Erin studied at FIT in New York and also has ties to UVA, and her pieces have been featured in Real Simple. Below is a selection of pieces I love from her collection:
The other designer is Towne & Reese, whose studio we visited earlier this year. I adore their work and the personal touch of naming pieces after friends’ children — Towne and Reese are the founders’ daughters. I’m especially thrilled that they’ll be naming a piece after our daughter Clara in their spring collection. Here are a few favorites from their current line:
