I’ve mentioned monograms and personalized initials before, but this time they made their way into our home. Aside from a makeshift monogram above our bed and a few scattered P’s, we hadn’t really introduced our first initials into Chez Petersik—until now. To celebrate our refreshed black-and-white bathroom, we added a few personalized accessories.
Meet our new bathroom towel hooks from Anthropologie (about $12 each). They make it easy to tell which towel belongs to whom:

We also picked up these Anthropologie mugs for roughly six dollars apiece. They’re perfect for holding cotton balls and floss—proof that storage can be both useful and attractive:

The final highlight of the bathroom refresh isn’t initial-related, but it’s worth mentioning. We swapped an aging white-framed mirror for a much more stylish find from HomeGoods for a bargain $29. It instantly elevated the space and made our morning routine a little more fun.

Small touches—personalized hooks, pretty storage, and a standout mirror—can make a big difference in tying a bathroom together. These little updates kept the black-and-white palette cohesive while adding personality and function without breaking the bank.
