Excitement levels are rising — BHG has opened voting for the best outdoor transformation, and our porch makeover is in the running. We took part in their 48-Hour Challenge and now a $5,000 prize will go to the blogger who receives the most votes. With that money, we could tackle a long list of home projects!
We’d be thrilled to have your vote, though the competition is strong and we’re honored just to be included. And here’s how it looks now, after a few simple but effective updates: painted porch stripes, a new bench, a planter repurposed as a side table, light-bulb covers turned into hanging lanterns, a food and water station for Burger, a lounge cushion cut into two floor pillows for our pup, and some bright greenery to freshen everything up.
