The phrase “cut it out,” popularized by Full House’s Uncle Joey, takes on a whole new meaning with the Silhouette CAMEO digital cutter. If you’ve followed craft blogs, you’ve likely seen Silhouette cutters featured in many creative projects—sites like How About Orange and Making It Lovely highlighted some inspiring uses. Silhouette’s CAMEO is a larger, quieter model that lets you design on your computer and then print and precisely cut those designs from various papers and materials. While we haven’t tested the machine ourselves in this post, there are plenty of project ideas and inspiration available on Silhouette’s Pinterest boards.
