You could have knocked us over with a feather back in December when we won the Remodel, Blog & Win contest. Not only did we receive a $5,000 prize, we also earned a filmed interview with Meghan Carter of AskTheDecorator.com. Because Meghan’s schedule was busy, the shoot was set for June, which gave us several months to prepare the house for its close-up.
The long-awaited interview day finally arrived this past Saturday.
We could have taken more dramatic behind-the-scenes photos while lights, tripods, and cameras filled our small rooms, but at least we remembered to grab this shot with Meghan Carter after the interview.
Those smiles are genuine — we were thrilled to manage coherent sentences under the hot lights. Meghan and her crew were incredibly kind and professional, and we truly enjoyed the entire experience.
