When we first moved in, the kids’ room felt drab, dark, and gloomy. I wanted a brighter, more cheerful space for my children.
Now it’s finished! I created an asymmetrical collage of paintings I made back in ninth grade and introduced lively colors through rugs, window treatments, and bedding. Repainting the walls in a soft muted blue instantly brightened the whole room. It feels cheerful and cozy — just right for the kids. On to the next room… – Kelly
