You may have seen me install this faucet earlier today; as promised, we’re back to give you a chance to win one of your own. The Delta Pilar kitchen faucet with Touch2O technology is a great fit for DIY enthusiasts and home cooks alike. As the video demonstrated, you can rinse paint, dirt, eggs, raw chicken residue, or any other messy materials from your hands without touching the faucet handle or getting the finish dirty.
We’ve had ours installed for a week, and it’s already made everyday tasks easier — even simple things like doing the dishes. I usually handle the dishes while my partner vacuums, so it’s a fair trade. Instead of reaching to turn the handle on and off, I can pause the water flow with a quick tap anywhere on the spout. The system is smart enough to detect when you’re gripping the faucet to move it (for example, from one basin to the other in our double sink), so it doesn’t misread that motion as an on/off command. We’re impressed with how well it works.
