A Sweet Soft Pink Nursery Makeover: a house log

When Holly Mathis (of the remarkable Holly Mathis Interiors) sent over her latest nursery makeover we could not wait to share the vivid transformation. Here is her letter:
This time around I hoped my second little boy nursery to be a little less cottagey but I worked with the room’s existing light, awnings and basic furniture (but I did get a better rocker- I learned that lesson!). I chose some more modern fabrics but stuck with some Southern baby staples like monograms and smocked outfits… it is simply sufficient of a Domino look to make mommy glad but it does not look nuts with the rest of the house which is still fairly cottagey. Now I am simply twiddling my thumbs waiting for this baby to come (I am due on Monday) and hoped to share. Good luck with all of your projects. Enjoy what you all do! -Holly

Is not this nursery makeover remarkable? We enjoy the modern fabrics combined with the charming cottage-y touches. What do you folks think? What is your go-to part? Thanks so much for sending over the yummy before and after photos Holly! And good luck with your little one on the way…
