Breakfast in Bed Burger Recipe: Make It at Home

Since we’re halfway through the month, I wanted to share an update on my make-the-bed-every-day resolution. The good news: I haven’t missed a single day. Seriously. The not-so-good news: it rarely stays neat for long because of my main man, Burger.

Can you blame him? If I were a dog, I wouldn’t pass up a chance to burrow into warm covers either—unless there was a slice of Pupperoni nearby to distract me.

Despite Burger’s best attempts to undo my efforts, I’m committed to making the bed each morning for the rest of the month. My hope is that the routine will turn into a lasting habit and that I’ll keep it up even after November begins. Habits stick when you stay consistent, and I’m surprisingly stubborn about these little challenges.

PS: I’m also doing well with my other goal—drinking only water this month (aka “Aquatober”). I miss soda, but so far the willpower is holding. Fingers crossed it keeps going strong.
